Today's Mind Money Body Connection

Mind: "The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible." -Arthur C. Clarke-

Money: “I think the key indicator for wealth is not good grades, work ethic, or IQ. I believe it's relationships. Ask yourself two questions: How many people do I know, and how much ransom money could I get for each one?” -Jarod Kintz-

Body: Food-Watermelon

Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin a, c, and b6. It has the highest concentration of lycopene of any fresh fruit or vegetable and may help to prevent or reducing heart disease, prostate, breast, lung, and colon cancers.

Synergy:

It can be difficult to go beyond the limits of our surrounding environments. Dare to believe the impossible, dare to believe you deserve better and dare to dream of a new more positive you. Make sure to take the time to think about the value that people in your life have to you, and think about how much you are worth to yourself. I personally love watermelon and the salad that is featured in today's blog is  one of the best salad's I have ever eaten. I made it for my mother the first time about a year ago, after eating the salad she came to me and said delicious. Enjoy!
