De-Stressing Anxiety, Peace With Money, & Glorious Sleep

Today's Mind Money Body Connection

Body: Allow yourself a little extra sleep, whether it’s by going to bed a half-hour earlier or sleeping in for a few extra hours.


Hydrating Facial Mask: Blend a little cold cream, yogurt, honey, aloe vera gel and avocado. Using a foundation brush paint it on your face. Let it dry for about 20 minutes. Then rinse. Your skin will feel refreshed and moisturized.

Candlelight & The Relaxing Bath: Cut the lights off, light as many sweet- smelling candles as you want around the bathtub and room. Put your hydrating mask on. Lay back and imagine the stress of the day falling off of you into the water and relax. Live in the moment, live in the breath! Enjoy!

Today is about de-stressing and relaxing ourselves, we spend most of our day worrying about one thing or another. By coming to terms with where you are now, you can realistically make a game plan tailored to your needs. If you want or need more than you have, instead of stressing, write out ideas on how you can make more money. Make a plan and do your best to put it into action. Finally get some extra sleep tonight, there are studies after published studies showing links between stress and not getting enough sleep.  Keep this little fact in mind, you can’t be stressed while your sleep.
